GD-106 uses a newly designed multichannel micro fluidics reaction mode. A single disc consists of three individual reaction chambers, preventing contaminations in between reactions and thus ensuring the clean results. Its six individual channels can run a same or multiple PCR programs separately, promoting the efficiency and flexibility of the experiment.
A user friendly and multi-functional qPCR platform
GD-106 carries an imported Peltier patch that incorporate with a newly designed liquid cooling system, greatly improved the cooling efficiency. An elevated Peltier patch stability further extends the service life of the thermal blocks. In the meantime and different from the noisy traditional cooling systems, the liquid cooling system brought the noise to the lowest and environmental friendly level, optimises working conditions and satisfies operators.
The result of gene amplifying for quantitative analysis using FAM reporter in our six chambers and add up to 18 reactions shows the p value of the Ct value<0.07, proving that GD-106 exhibits highly data reproducibility and has data uniformity.
Simple a nd efficient, Mini but powerful
GD-106 utilizes imported high brightness LED light source plus high sensitivity PMT sensor. When detection, the excitation happens separately and serially in each and every reaction chamber, preventing the signal noises due to the limited space between samples in the traditional 96well plates detection. Meanwhile, the newly designed ultra short optical path decreased harm to the signal, high signal to noise ratio elevated the sensitivity of the detection.
